Lead Gen Specialist/Appointment Setter
(Telemarketing, Email and Social Media Marketing)

Purpose: The position is responsible for communicating to potential customers on the phone, via email or LinkedIn and selling products or soliciting donations. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits or advantages of their services, and obtaining payment information if necessary.They will help the company to expand their clientele and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • ● Must have a relevant experience as a Lead Gen/Appointment Setter
  • ● Must have the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • ● Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • ● Written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills, IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
