With the constant pressure to create a steady stream of new and exciting content for your blogs, websites, and social media, you can’t afford to leave any stone unturned. If you have a lot of interaction with your followers on a daily basis, whether it be through tweets, comments, and especially emails, then you might be letting some of your best content through the door without even realizing it.

Content is just another way of conversing with your followers or your customers.

If you get an email even once a week asking you about a specific topic, or to clarify, recommend, or expound on something, who’s to say your other followers wouldn’t benefit from this information? If someone goes out of their way to send an email, chances are it’s about something important, and while you’re typing up a response, why not turn that important information into a new article? Go through your outbox, and you might be surprised to see what gems and content ideas you’ve almost let slip through your fingers.
